Please call to reserve an appointment specifically for you. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or to reschedule your appointment.
We will file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you. Please understand that policies vary greatly and we can only provide you with an estimate. Most insurance companies cover 50% to 80% of the cost of the treatment; very few cover 100%. You are still responsible for the entire cost of the dental treatment even with an existing insurance plan. We must follow their policies and limitations and will not enter into a dispute you may have with your coverage. Your employer determines which benefits package fits their business and pays those premiums. Therefore, the extent of coverage is dependent on the amount of premiums paid by your employer.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), cash, and checks. We also offer “CareCredit” and “Chase Health Advance,” which enables you to acquire a no interest finance option for your dental needs. With the finance plans you get flexibility so you can start treatment immediately.
Unless prior arrangements are made, payment in full is expected at the time treatment is provided
